Product Overview
Stratacel is an advanced, transparent wound dressing developed to protect and support sensitive or compromised skin following fractional resurfacing procedures. Its lightweight gel spreads easily across delicate, contoured, or exposed treatment areas and dries to form a thin, flexible film that remains in close contact with the skin. This makes it especially well suited for the face, neck, chest, eye area, lips, and around the nostrils—areas where traditional dressings can be uncomfortable or difficult to secure.
The semi-occlusive dressing helps maintain a moist environment while still allowing oxygen and water vapor to pass through the film. By minimizing moisture loss and protecting recently treated skin from external irritants and microbial exposure, Stratacel supports re-epithelialization and a smoother, more comfortable post-procedure recovery. It can also help relieve common symptoms such as itching, burning, redness, swelling, and general discomfort.
Stratacel has a lower-viscosity consistency that is easy to spread and gently adheres to the remaining epidermis without strongly sticking to the wound bed or newly formed tissue. The transparent, odorless formula contains no alcohol, steroids, parabens, or added fragrance, making it suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Once dry, it may be covered with sunscreen, cosmetics, clothing, or a secondary protective dressing.

How To Use
Apply Stratacel immediately following treatment or as directed by your healthcare provider. Make sure the affected skin or superficial wound is clean, then gently pat away as much excess fluid as possible.
Apply a very thin layer directly over the treatment area and allow it to dry. When the correct amount is used, the gel should dry within approximately 5 to 6 minutes. If drying takes longer, gently remove the excess with a clean tissue and allow the remaining film to set.
Apply once daily, twice daily on exposed areas, or as directed by your provider. For best results, maintain continuous contact with the skin throughout the recovery period. Once dry, Stratacel may be covered with sunscreen, cosmetics, clothing, or a secondary dressing. For resurfacing and ablative treatments, continued use for at least 30 days may be recommended.
